Position Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, and test components of prototype aircraft instrumentation and ordnance equipment Set up and operate required flight test equipment (e.g., wire bundles, sensors, strain gages) to perform functional or environmental tests on production and/or experimental Obtain appropriate engineering drawings and test documents, as required, for assignment if drawings, sketches, and documents are not with work order Fabricate wire bundles used to connect various types of flight test computer equipment together, for the purpose of collecting and storing data during test flights Perform tests such as vibration, thermal, humidity, or altitude using various computer systems, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters of various types under direction of lead and/or engineering.
