Position Summary Operate, sanitize, and maintain Continuous Cook Ready to Eat (CCRTE) machines and work with team to ensure production needs are met. Line is laid out in 3 interconnected rooms so will focus on a particular room/portion of the machine but be able to rotate and back up other Machine Operators Position Responsibilities Maintain, control, operate, and sanitize machines and equipment used in the Continuous Cook Ready to Eat (CCRTE) operation. Ensure machine settings are calibrated and may train/provide guidance to others on how to properly operate equipment. Troubleshoot machine problems, make corrections, and/or coordinate with Manager and Maintenance personnel as needed. Work as a team and maintain good communications with other Machine Operators, production line workers, and Quality Assurance. Do some sanitation between products and involves tear down, cleaning, and reassembly of machines; knowledge of sanitation techniques and proper chemical handling, and regular interaction with Quality Assurance.
