Responsibilities Clinical & Teaching Provide supervision and instruction for residents and medical students in the outpatient continuity clinic, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. Practice Overview 100% Outpatient Care: Provide a full spectrum of primary care services in a collaborative, hospital-employed group setting. Team: Join a team of 12 providers, including 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers. Work-Life Balance: The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an optional 4.5-day workweek. No weekends are required. Call Coverage: Minimal telephonic-only call, averaging 1-2 days per month. The call schedule is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays, and Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am on weekends. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: First-year earning potential of up to $296,000, which includes 5% tied to performance metrics. After the first year, additional wRVU productivity incentives are available. Signing Bonus & Relocation: Both are negotiable, with up to $10,000 available for relocation assistance. Educational Support: Negotiable student loan assistance of up to $50,000 over five years. An educational stipend is also available for physicians still in training who make a commitment to the practice. Time Off: Enjoy 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), which includes all federal holidays. CME: Receive 5 days of CME with a $3,000 annual allowance. Retirement: Participate in a 401K plan with a 6% employer match.
