You will prepare briefs, create legal documents such as affidavits, do legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other key materials organized and easily available. To draft a factual response to discovery, we need someone with expertise in ordering, evaluating, and summarizing medical documents. You will also have past experience assisting with family settlement negotiations and mediation in order to avoid lawsuits. We are seeking an experienced Property Damage Attorney, preferably plaintiff side, licensed in Texas, to join our expanding team. This is a full-time remote role , but the candidate must be based in Texas-ideally in the Dallas or Houston areas.
