Vendor management, project management (interacting with other areas), Organization skills (documentation, reports). Heavily Preferred- SAP experience. Prior experience in spare parts/inventory management. Responsibilities: Track progress of 6034 A forms. Enter 6034 A form information to the SAP. Follow up with ADG Global for creation or extension of materials numbers. Follow up with GES/skid vendor for more information on parts. Track progress of parts and shipping details (include size). Daily touchpoint with Vallen for parts updates. Weekly reports on the status of the parts. Receiving process for parts and storage. Typical day would include working between MRO and DSF maintenance teams- tracking all the spare parts for the projects. Entering info into SAP, talking with vendors, getting quotes, tracking progress, tracking orders, coordinating storage. Personality type- Someone who is an extrovert.
