Designs and maintains roles and playbooks in development, test, and production environments to enforce system standardization and to maintain configuration management. Leads efforts to mitigate system obsolescence through migrations and upgrades. Creates and maintains system-lifecycle documentation. Required Skills & Experience: Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project. Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs. Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible. Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management. Incidence management and root cause analysis. Coordination and communication within the team and with customers. Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline). Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs. Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer. Design, develop, build, and maintain Puppet, Docker, Gitlab, and JIRA servers. Spin up servers and Docker contained databases, as needed. Design and build server clusters with Elasticsearch. Qualifications Desired Skills: Experience working with the Department of Defense Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 / 7 Elasticsearch AWS, Microsoft Azure Terraform VMware Microsoft PowerShell SQL Ruby, Python, Bash Experience with multiple operating systems, including LINUX, UNIX, and Windows-based operating systems. Experience with Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience with deploying containerized microservices in a Kubernetes infrastructure, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree or related experience Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI is required .
