Graphic Designer Reports To: VP of Marketing, Rafar Group Located: NYC HQ (Flatiron) - Office-based Status: Exempt - Full Time About the Role The Graphic Designer is a creative executor and visual storyteller for a growing portfolio of prestigious intimates and innerwear brands at the Rafar Group, including iconic American lingerie brand Hanky Panky. This role is responsible for designing compelling, on-brand graphics and customer-facing assets across all consumer touchpoints-digital, paid media, email, print, and more. Working closely with the VP of Marketing as well as the brand and performance teams, this role helps bring brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and marketing moments to life with strong craft, attention to detail, and an intuitive understanding of fashion aesthetics. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye, a passion for fashion and lifestyle brands, and the ability to produce high-quality design work at pace in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Asset Creation Design customer-facing graphics and marketing assets across all consumer touchpoints, including digital, paid media, email, social, print, and retail/sales materials Execute design work for brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and key marketing moments with a consistent, elevated visual voice Create on-brand assets for e-commerce, including product photography layouts, banners, landing pages, and category pages Develop and adapt assets for paid media across Meta and Google platforms, following best practices for specs, formats, and mobile-first design Design email templates and modular email components in Klaviyo, ensuring visual consistency and performance-driven layouts Support the production of line sheets, lookbooks, and sell-in materials for retail and sales teams Brand Consistency & Collaboration Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring visual consistency across channels and consumer touchpoints Collaborate closely with the Art Director to receive creative direction and deliver work that meets brand standards and business objectives Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure design work aligns with product strategy and campaign goals Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs to meet quality standards and timelines Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries and file management systems Production & Workflow Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prepare and deliver final production files to exact specifications for print, digital, and paid media Support photo shoot production as needed, including image retouching and post-production Assist with retouching, resizing, and adapting existing assets for new formats and markets Skills & Experience 3-7 years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, retail, intimates, or consumer goods Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience designing for Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and Google Ads platforms, including knowledge of specs, formats, and mobile-first best practices Experience working in Klaviyo for email design, including template creation and modular asset development Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce asset design and coordination is strongly preferred Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools for file sharing and handoff Strong retouching skills in Photoshop, including color correction, image editing, and compositing Portfolio showcases mobile-first, brand-aligned work across email, paid ads, and e-commerce Ability to balance elevated, fashion-forward design with performance-driven creative requirements Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables independently Excellent communication and responsiveness when working with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent education required About the Rafar Group The Rafar Group is a global leader in the intimate apparel industry with a strong commitment to innovation.
