Process Operator - 1st & 2nd Shifts

We are seeking candidates for Process Operator roles on the 1st and 2nd shifts. Compensation for these temp-to-hire positions is $22.65 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you will do as a Process Operator:

• Load machines with packaging materials and request materials from plant storage as needed
• Perform weight control checks and adjust machines as necessary
• Ensure proper container sizing
• Know and understand the lockout procedure
• Learn and understand various operating procedures
• Use proper procedures and work in a safe and orderly manner

What you need to be a Process Operator:

• High school diploma or GED and/or one to three months of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions
• Basic math skills with the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 40 pounds, pushing and/or pulling up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Comfortability with exposure to varying conditions, including wet or humid conditions, high heat, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme noise levels
