Location: DeSoto, TX Status: Full-Time Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; clinic hours are Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM, and Saturday Sunday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Schedule includes evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays as needed. Benefits: Full benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our DeSoto, TX urgent care team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment. Our full-time schedules are designed so clinicians are off more days than they work. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-to-moderate acuity presentations that keep clinical skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up.
