Job Description We are looking for a receptionist who will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and providing support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, overall knowledge of our services and staff, as well as communicating effectively with other members of the customer service and operations teams. It is essential that the person in the position has a positive attitude towards all customers and thrives in a team environment. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to include answering and fielding incoming calls, handling incoming and outgoing couriers, and help to maintain the cleanliness of the front office. In addition, processing sample receipt, proper identification of material, testing and job traveler creation. Processes return samples to customers in a timely manner. Note this is a contract to hire position. Qualifications 2+ years in fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail, organizational skills, and meet deadlines SAP or other ERP or database experience a plus Must know Microsoft Office, especially Excel Some college preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Physical requirements of the job include sitting, standing, and lifting up to 10lbs.
