Overview: Sr Account Manager Monday - Friday Primarily remote/virtual selling, with 10-25% in-person client meetings in Dallas, TX. We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Sr. Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of medium to large accounts. You thrive on analyzing data, uncovering opportunities, and delivering insights that help clients grow their business. With your problem-solving mindset and consultative approach, you'll build strong relationships, ensure customer retention, and drive revenue through both renewals and new business. Build and strengthen relationships with both low-level and executive-level contacts within organizations, as well as onsite property management teams. Proactively manage a multi-million-dollar book of business, conducting regular, ongoing touchpoints with key personnel. Analyze account performance using digital tools and data to uncover growth opportunities. Recommend strategies to improve client results and internal return on investment. Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients. Plan and manage future capital investments to support account growth. Negotiate lease agreements, multi-year contracts, and other agreements to ensure favorable terms for both client and company. Grow a book of business through share-of-wallet selling, actively renewing expired agreements, and selling technology/app-based solutions. Track industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and decision-making. Align services and solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging knowledge of clients, industry, and competition. Maintain accurate account information in CRM and collaborate effectively with internal Operations partners and other teams to support growth. Identify and act on new sales and renewal opportunities to ensure consistent revenue. Support customer service needs, resolve unique client issues, and assist in training new Account Managers. What we're looking for: Experience & Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred. 5-7 years of B2B sales and prospecting experience, with at least 5 years in business development or account management (B2B or B2C). Proven track record of driving growth, retaining clients, and expanding business relationships. Skills & Abilities: Strong relationship-building and solution-based selling skills to manage the full sales cycle. Ability to establish credibility, advocate for clients, and optimize existing relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to identify and grow new business opportunities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Creative problem-solving and bias toward action in challenging situations. Experience with Salesforce, marketing tools, and go-to-market strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders. Overview: Appliance Service Technician Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm Are you a problem-solver who loves to be out in the field? Our Appliance Techs provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at customer and client locations within their assigned region. Appliance Technicians keep our machines running smoothly to meet customer expectations or the need for repeated service needs. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently and has a very strong mechanical aptitude. Key Responsibilities: Service and Repair : Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines. Ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn-out parts, and adjusting settings as necessary. Customer Service : Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process. Offer advice and recommendations on appliance usage, care, and maintenance to prevent future issues. Documentation : Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information. Prepare service reports and update the internal database with accurate and up-to-date information. Parts and Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairs and maintenance. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances. Ensure personal safety and the safety of customers' property during service calls.
