About the Role As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems operate at peak performance. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems while delivering excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs or replacements. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation and minimize breakdowns. Perform inspections to identify potential issues and confirm compliance with safety codes and regulations. Respond promptly to emergency service calls. Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations. Keep accurate service records, logs, and reports. Adhere to company standards, safety practices, and building code requirements. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Mentor junior technicians when needed.
