Work with the SME to create assessment and evaluation metrics. Develop Canvas scripts as needed for engagement activities. 4. Designs and develops Master Shells demonstrating knowledge and experience of instructional design, development, implementation, and assessments in an academic environment; instructional technology, learning theories, and effective assessment of programs. To include design and development of effective instruction with best practice including student-student, student-teacher and student-content interaction. 5. Design, develop and incorporate lab exercises and simulations as applicable. 6. The shells will include reviewing existing courses launched as part of the grant for continuous improvement recommendations. Provides leadership in terms of designing courses to Quality Matters standards. 7. Conducts needs assessments on a regular basis to ensure Master Shell objectives are met. Responsibilities include: In coordination with the Division Dean, developing new Allied Health programs and curriculum. Providing support for assessment, accreditation reporting and site visits for allied health programs. Coordinating recruiting activities among all allied health programs. Participating in all open registration events and high school preview days. Working in concert with ASU-Beebe marketing and public relations to promote allied health programming. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of faculty. Supporting professional development of faculty. Serving on the advisory boards for the allied health programs. Serving as Banner liaison to faculty and having "administrator access" specific to Banner functions associated with advising and course scheduling. Serving on Curriculum Committee. Coordinating faculty review and updating of Course Philosophies annually. Other relevant duties to support allied health programming as assigned by the Division Dean. This position is an "extra duties" assignment, carrying an $8000 annual stipend, on top of the faculty member's regular teaching contract and responsibilities. Programs include all 3 academic divisions. Position supports Concurrent Enrollment and Regional Career Center activities at the Heber Springs Campus. Responsibilities include: Coordinating with the Vice Chancellor for Academics and Division Deans to manage Academic programming, curriculum and instruction, and course scheduling for the campus. Coordinating recruiting activities among academic programs. Participating in open registration events and high school Bridge to College preview days. Working in concert with ASU-Beebe marketing and public relations to promote the campus' academic programming. In collaboration with ASU-Beebe's Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator and the Director of the Regional Career Center, serving as the point-of-contact to coordinate the campus's concurrent credit and post-secondary career center programming needs. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of the campus' faculty. Supporting the professional development of the campus' faculty.
