Annual Giving Solicitation Discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of prospects capable of making annual gifts of $5,000 and up. Establishes operation plans for new programs and activities while assessing and reconceptualizing existing models to improve operational efficiency to enhance the visitor experience. Provides oversight of safety, facility operations, and visitor communications to ensure a positive and secure campus experience. In collaboration with FSU's Emergency Management team, coordinated emergency management planning, including preparedness, response protocols, and staff training to maintain a safe environment for students, staff, and guests. Oversees daily building operations, ensuring proper maintenance, accessibility, and care of the facility. Ensures that all operational initiatives support a welcoming, safe, and well-managed environment aligned with the mission of the University. Provides leadership and direction in policy and procedure development and implementation for all marketing and communication efforts within the Office of Admissions. Qualifications Master's degree and five years of experience in a related academic or student services field; or a Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience.
