HR Generalist - Lebanon, PA The Opportunity Our client, a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of custom packaging products, has engaged us to identify an HR Generalist for their Lebanon, PA location. This position reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Executive and is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient and compliant Human Resource function. Other responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Providing guidance to managers and supervisors on company policies and documentation retention Administering benefit programs, including payroll and other insurance plans Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, including conducting exit interviews Qualifications include: Associate or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant regulations Skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred The preceding is just a brief overview - contact us to find out more!
