Role Summary The client is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant (Sales) to join the Enterprise Business Applications team. This role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management initiatives, with a focus on sales-related business processes, functional design, implementation, and business transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and functional solution design Document current and future-state sales and enterprise business processes Configure D365 F&SCM and related ERP/CRM solutions (no coding) Support implementations, testing, training, and post-go-live activities Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver business value Manage project workstreams and mentor consultants Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6+ years ERP experience, or equivalent 4+ years experience with ERP or CRM platforms (D365 preferred) Strong consulting, communication, and business process design skills Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint Preferred Business applications certifications Experience with platforms such as D365, Business Central, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar Keywords D365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales ERP, Finance & Supply Chain Management, ERP, Business Process Analysis
