Requires a minimum of six years of supervisory experience in physical plant / civil engineering and health care activities is preferred. Candidates with ten (10) or more years of supervisory experience in physical plant / civil engineering and health care activities may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Experience must include general knowledge of central utility plant equipment (chiller, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, building controls, electrical, and air handlers) in a critical building environment.
