QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required • 3+ years store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred • Ability to have oversight to a group of stores in a designated market and lead a team of direct reports • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a rich, collaborative environment • Knowledgeable in the latest organizational technology, and the ability to adapt, role model, and teach • Knowledgeable about the Brand and is current with fashion, trends, styling and fit • Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media • Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events when the business requires Chico's FAS, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
