In this position you will work in person to lead, direct, and mentor the Office Services Processors and Receptionists, maintain oversight of day-to-day tasks and activities, and support strategic initiatives in alignment with departmental and company goals. About the Role Provides quality service by maintaining reception, imaging, and mail processing standards, solving quality and service problems, and recommending system or process improvements. Manages workload and administrative duties by reviewing and assigning tasks to staff, developing workflow scheduling, procedures, and protocols. Leads cross-training efforts among Office Services and Reception staff to ensure efficient and effective workflows. Analyzes call volumes and their impact on workloads of the Receptionist team. Handles Office Services and Receptionist needs by undertaking project-management initiatives and challenging phone, mail, and imaging problems. Identifies training gaps and coordinates training plans as needed while also keeping the staff informed on team-specific initiatives and/or training and cross-training opportunities. Develops staff by coaching, mentoring, disciplining, and scheduling team members. Additionally plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Performs customer experience check-ins with internal customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided. Experience working within a project-management environment. Demonstrated communication skills to seek out details, express ideas, and present solutions in ways the audience can understand. This may involve researching, interviewing, and anticipating how to apply a solution to a current or new process. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and screen-capture software. Proficient knowledge of postal rates, regulations, and standards.
