Qualifications GS-14Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:1. Leading or supervising the day-to-day operations of a team which must include business development, marketing and outreach; AND3. Experience in one or more of the following: financial management, lending, procurement, economic development or human resource matters; AND4.
