You will collaborate on the creation of exclusive content for one of our largest retail clients; DICK'S Sporting Goods. Responsibilities Exhibit rigorous knowledge of product laydowns and on-figure styling techniques with particular attention to detail and fit. Interpret and execute styling needs representative of current fashion/industry trends through the lens of an authentic sportswear brand. Maintain brand consistency at a high standard to meet client expectations. Foster effective working relationships with the client, leadership, and internal team members, and work in tandem with a team of freelancers. Actively engage in the entire styling workflow, including, but not limited to; sample organization, steaming/prep, product/on-figure shoot taskwork from set-up to breakdown, and necessary clean-up. Ensure deadlines are met without delay; always via a solution-oriented, efficiency-focused mindset. Meet the fast-paced ever-changing demands of the client in real time; operating with professionalism and integrity on and off set. Maintain a highly organized workspace/flow, with greater studio organization capabilities such as wardrobe, prop, tool, and equipment storage. Required to handle natural/synthetic materials (ex. soil, sand, greenery, instant snow) and assist in the styling/build out of sets such as forest floors, baseball diamonds, brick/stone pathways, snowy ski-scapes. Qualifications 3+ years of styling experience, specifically product-based. Updated/current portfolio and resume with professional references. Proven experience in a high-volume, high-paced studio environment. Familiarity with on-set and on-location operational workflows. Technical styling expertise and solution-oriented problem-solving. Flexible in responding to shifting business priorities, and works effectively against tight deadlines. Stellar communication, strong organizational and time management skills. Understanding of outdoor/sports related product and small-scale build-outs i.e., tents, soccer nets, fitness equipment, golf bag sets, and floating footwear. Proficient with the Mac platform and Microsoft Office suite. Reliable transportation daily to/from the studio and location shoots. Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
