This role is for someone who can communicate clearly, manage workflow, and build trust with customers without overpromising or creating chaos. We run a busy shop with consistent car count, clear processes, and strong technician support. We have a long track record as the top performing shop in the region, with stable hours and steady customer traffic. What You Will Do Greet customers and manage the repair process from write up through delivery. Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders. Build accurate estimates, explain recommendations, and obtain approvals. Communicate with technicians, update customers, and keep work flowing smoothly. Maintain professionalism and customer rapport throughout the visit. Pay Structure This position offers a base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation typically ranges from $48,000 to $95,000 per year based on performance. Paid training is provided. Schedule and Benefits Full time position with 10 hour shifts. We are open to entry level technicians who want to learn and experienced techs who want steady work, fair pay, and a no drama shop. This is a real working shop with consistent car count, modern equipment, and clear expectations. What you will do: Diagnose and repair common vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, tune ups, electrical, air conditioning, and general maintenance. Perform quality repairs and inspections. Keep your work area clean and work as part of a team. Pay structure - read this: We pay a guaranteed hourly base wage plus commission on every job you complete, paid weekly. There are no minimums, no thresholds, and no breakouts. If you work on a job, you earn commission on that job every paycheck. On top of hourly pay and weekly commission, we also offer a monthly bonus. This is not flat rate and not a draw.
