is seeking a Grant Coordinator to manage Vaccine Equity Grant applications, review submitted applications, contract negotiations, develop contracts, pay invoices and track overall application/contract progress Monitor and track status of applications, application funding amounts and contract status. Prepare reports of applications including the number of applicants and total funding amounts. Review applications to determine if the application is appropriate with funding guidance and organization capacity. Coordinate correspondence with applicants in response to applicant questions, obtain additional information regarding application language, negotiate application content back to applicants (verbally and in writing) and approve or deny applications. Develop contracts using Department contract templates and language. Determine appropriate contract language based upon organization and contract funding amount. Route contracts using the Department's contracting process to obtain appropriate approvals. Maintain list of contracts and status of contracts in the contracting process. Provides technical assistance to contractors regarding contract, funding disbursement (processing claims) and contract reporting. Process contractor monthly claims using Department claim process and monitor expenditures for each contract. Work with Immunization Program Contract Manager regarding overall Program budget and contract expenditures. Coordinate communication with contractors to report contract performance measures. Ensure contractor compliance with contractual performance measures and deliverables.
