Job Summary: The Component Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the CNC machining, punching, bending and forging of copper components within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality output, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The manager leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Production Management Oversee daily manufacturing operations for component production across multiple shifts.Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.Monitor production performance metrics (efficiency, yield, downtime) and take corrective action as needed.Ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials. SUMMARY: Must possess a high level of skill and proficiency in maintenance and repair of plant production equipment as well as maintaining plant electrical system with some installation work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Perform a wide variety of system maintenance requiring the knowledge and application of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining and welding. Duties to include but not limited to installation, set up programming, trouble shooting and repair of machinery, instruments, controls and related equipment.
