Position Description PRIMARY PURPOSE This position directs the Company's investments in the Inside Sales Team and manages functions essential to the Inside Sales Team's productivity. Inside Sales Inbound employees are responsible for all Customer tiers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization. Ensure planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the Company. Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the Company's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program. Lead a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment models. Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure the Inside Sales organization success. Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities. Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization. Develops new reporting tools as needed. Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers in Tier B & C. Build a highly efficient and productive sales team. Continually assess, clarify, and validate strategy and process. Track, measure and report on sales effectiveness and adjust programs and strategies as necessary. Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition. Work cross-functionally internally to ensure messaging alignment and operational coordination. Create a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Requirements SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This role has supervisory responsbilities over the sales operations function. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Minimum - 4 Year/Bachelors Degree Preferred - Graduate Degree EXPERIENCE Minimum Years of Experience - 10, in progressive sales leadership.
