Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 6+ years of relevant policy and/or government experience, with a strong background in regulatory affairs or public policy. Demonstrated experience driving public policy priorities at a trade association, corporation, or governmental entity. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior management, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly. Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail and follow through. Analytical and independent problem solving skills, with sound judgment and collaborative decision making abilities. Experience preparing and presenting materials for senior executives. Positive self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
