Minimum 3-year previous Plumbing experience in a similar environment Experience in multifamily housing, apartment communities, residential, commercial, or institutional facilities. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Weekend availability required.
