Dates of Coverage Needed: 2/1 through 2/6 2/24 and 2/25 3/10 through 3/12 3/19 through 3/21 Will be covering CVICU with in house intensivist support. CVICU is a 24 bed ICU with average daily census of 13-16 pts There is a MD on at night with the APP Must be Board Certified Acute care board certified nurse practitioners or physician assistant welcomed Must be able to produce procedure logs for 10 of the following skills in last 12 months: arterial line insertions, central line insertions, and intubations; : arterial line insertions, central line insertions, mechanical vent management and intubations Support Staff: 1 nurse to 2-3 patients based on acuity. In house intensivist covering the MSICU available to support APP as needed Require: Tb Test documentation within the last 12 months, COVID documentation and Flu.

Our HCA facility in Ocala, FL is in need for Neurosurgery PA coverage for 12 hour onsite coverage and call, 9 days per month, ongoing. The daily patient volume is 35. They utilize eClinicalWorks for their EMR system. The facility can offer emergency privileges for qualified candidates.

Critical Care APP Will be working clinical in ICU while MD is on call. 12 hr coverage. Days 7a-7p/ Nights 7p-7a needed 15 shifts a month TN license and have TN DEA Required (or easily transferrable one) at time of present Must be Board Certified Must have BLCS & ACLS Must be able to perform these special procedures: intubations, central line placements, arterial line placements Must be able to provide case logs Case logs must be from past 24 months. No specific amount; except for special privileges like Intubation, Arterial Lines, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, CVC, Hemodialysis, Chest Tube, which requires at least 10 cases in the past 24 months or director supervision for at least the first 10 procedures .
