We are looking for an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic for our 1st shift Maintenance Department. 1st shift is Tuesday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with an on-call rotation. $1/hr Lead Tech Shift Differential after 90 days! $3000 sign-on bonus for a new Diesel Mechanic! A day in the life of a Decker Lead Diesel Mechanic looks like: Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology Processing work orders Accurately filling out necessary documents Leading the 1st shift of Diesel Mechanics Opportunity for growth into shop leadership for the right person Other duties as assigned Lead Diesel Mechanic Must Haves Must have own tools; tool lease program available if needed Computer based diagnostic skills with OEM interfaces Paccar experience preferred Valid driver's license required Post job offer physical and drug screen required Lead Diesel Mechanic Nice to Haves CDL preferred but not required Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus Reefer experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer PIcc35bef8bd85-4974
