Job Description Wellstar is seeking an ACNP or PA to join our Outpatient Advanced Heart Failure team in Marietta at Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care. Our AHF team of APPs and Physicians are specialized and trained in advanced heart failure, helping people manage severe heart failure and most types of cardiomyopathies with the most advanced treatments and the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques. This is an outpatient position at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Ideal candidates will have Cardiology and/or AHF experience. The Wellstar Cardiac Network includes 11 hospitals and 30 + office locations throughout metro Atlanta.
