A Palms' Assistant Manager plays a critical role in the property's success and can be a stepping stone to a Property Manager opportunity. The Assistant Manager's top priorities are to: 1. Assist the property manager in the critical areas of leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policy 2. Contribute to revenue growth by brainstorming ways to set community apart 3. Execute marketing activities using social media and creative community promotions 4. Lead by example to prioritize the highest customer service to promote resident retention 5. Set resident expectations early regarding prompt payment of all balances owed 6. Commit to minimize delinquent rent 7. Participate in company-wide training programs to stay compliant with real estate law and develop professional skills 8.
