You will be responsible for managing a manageable caseload of approximately 1012 patients per day, focusing on post-operative surgical recovery, orthopedic care, and general pain management for primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric cases.Responsibilities > Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs, utilizing therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve functional goals. > Patient Evaluation: Review available patient history, evaluate assessment impacts, and maintain clear communication regarding the treatment process. > Plan Adaptation: Continuously monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as necessary for those suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases. > Education: Establish and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic procedures and exercises to be continued post-discharge. > Supervision: Effectively delegate tasks and provide clinical supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians. > Compliance: Complete all clinical documentation accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies, Clinicient/Epic requirements, and federal/state regulations.
