About This Role The Local Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of regional and local marketing initiatives, driving profitable growth across the enterprise while supporting more than 5,000 Ace retailers. This role is responsible for overseeing field activation to ensure programs are effectively delivered, locally relevant, and performance driven. Required Skills Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and five to ten years of progressively responsible multi-unit retail experience. Deep understanding of retail operations and business fundamentals. The Senior Marketing Analyst provides analytical support and strategic insights to the Consumer Marketing and Ace Rewards teams. This position will work cross functionally with internal business partners to leverage data and insights to aid in developing strategic Marketing campaigns in order to drive traffic and profitable sales for our retailers. In addition, the analyst is responsible for executing and analyzing Ace Rewards customer loyalty, marketing campaigns and interpreting results. Will be responsible for performing in-depth analyses, interpreting results, leveraging industry knowledge and utilizing historical data to turn insights into action. The Senior Analyst will be able to synthesize data and present the insights story, clearly and concisely. What You'll Do Drive Marketing Strategy and Execution: Works independently with the Marketing team to provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, focus categories and promotional efforts. Partners with Marketing team to understand category and brand performance as well as the impact on growth in market share. The Employee Engagement Specialist partners closely with the Employee Engagement Manager to bring engagement programs and events to life.
