DEPARTMENT: Retail Store REPORTS TO: Store Manager FLSA STATUS: Exempt POSITION TYPE: Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY: Department Managers are responsible for driving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and shrink results. Developing and leading a great team while increasing sales and profits of your assigned area will be the most important part of your job. This role ensures products are produced, packaged, and staged accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate agricultural production, blending, bagging, packaging, or processing equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Fill, pull, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders accurately and on time. Monitor production lines and equipment to ensure proper operation, product quality, and output efficiency.
