Option 1: 55-hour/week high-earning role Includes short call every 10th day (7 AM - 11 PM), weekend coverage every 4th weekend (rotating day or home-call shifts), and optional OB shifts. Expected annual salary: $480,000 - $530,000. OR rate is $220/hour, overnight call is $1,760/shift, OB is $210/hour.
