The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at BIDMC is seeking a full-time physician specializing in Menopause and Sexual Health. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician committed to evidence-based, inclusive care, scholarly advancement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance women s midlife and sexual health across diverse populations. We are building a comprehensive menopause and sexual health program that incorporates nutrition, diet, exercise, sexual therapy, along with hormonal management and pelvic floor physical therapy, to address the concerns of our patient population. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise in the management of menopause, complex hormonal therapies, genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), and female sexual dysfunction, as well as a strong interest in academic growth through research, education, and program leadership. The Department will be actively engaged in the exciting new clinical collaboration between Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), BIDMC, and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) to establish New England s only free-standing adult inpatient cancer hospital. As this collaboration will bring together world-class clinicians to deliver transformational cancer care, the ideal candidate will have an interest in treating sexual health and menopausal concerns arising from cancer treatment and therapeutics. In order to reach patients where they live, we have full spectrum reproductive care clinics based in the community, including Chelsea, Chestnut Hill, Dedham, Dorchester, and Lexington. Required Qualifications MD or DO (or equivalent) with board certification in OB/GYN Eligibility for medical licensure in MA Demonstrated clinical expertise in menopause and sexual health Experience or strong interest in academic medicine and teaching Commitment to equitable and inclusive care Strong commitment to teaching Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Preferred Qualifications NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) and/or ISSWSH, AASECT training Record of peer-reviewed scholarship or grants Experience with collaborative care models and clinical program development Academic appointment at the level of Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Department Description: We are offering a $250.00 sign on bonus to be paid out within the first 30 days of hire! *This sign-on bonus incentive plan is for individuals who are not an employee of the BILH system and are committing to regularly scheduled hours. Job Location: Boston, MA Req ID: 36400BR Job Summary: The EVS Associate - Public performs daily cleaning tasks in patient areas, office, public, and/or other non-patient areas. This includes daily cleaning, equipment cleaning and project cleaning in an assigned area. Responsible as a member of the healthcare team for respectful and compassionate communication and interaction with our customers. May include, but is not limited to: Public Areas/Restrooms, Waste Removal/Biohazard, Clean Linen/Soiled Linen, Outpatient Clinics (Off Hours), Office Space, Research/Labs, Discharges, Autoscrubber Floor cleaning, Conference Set-Ups, On Call room cleaning. Essential Responsibilities: Performs multiple step cleaning procedure, daily cleaning, discharge cleaning, discharge bed making, wall and glass care. Continues work from previous shift and reports all incomplete assignments and maintenance issues. Performs dry mopping, wet mopping of common areas using appropriate equipment including floor care machine. Responds to stat orders such as discharges, spills, floods, and all hospital-wide emergency drills. Cleans up all organic body waste (i.e. blood, feces, sputum, and urine). Cleans patient equipment including: IV poles, commodes, monitors and cables, specialty equipment, stretchers, wheel chairs, and cardiac chairs. Assists in moves, special set-ups and any other occasion as needed. Collects solid and contaminated waste. Seals boxes used for contaminated waste in the area where the waste is generated. Delivers boxes after sealing to the designated areas and delivers it to the compactor area. Uses department procedures in preparation and selection of cleaning solutions.Reports low supply of inventory to supervisor and/or team leader. Signs equipment in and out of designated storage areas. Keeps housekeeping cart clean, stocked and orderly. Reports any malfunctioning equipment to supervisor and/or team leader. Delivers soiled mops, cleaning cloths, and linen to designated area. Reports observed hazards within the immediate physical environment to the appropriate personnel. Adheres to Infection Control, Safety, and Environmental/Transport Department policies and procedures. Demonstrates ability to respond appropriately to internal and external disaster drills. Participates in departmental training activities and meetings. Required Qualifications: Some High School required. 0-1 years related work experience required. Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
