The OR pharmacy technician s primary responsibilities include: Immediate reconciliation of dispensed medications to patients after the operation is completed; Delivering emergency medications to patients in the OR; Diversion monitoring for the OR; and Refilling the OR s automated dispense machines and medication boxes.
