Global Pre-IPO Consumer Products/Goods (CPG)/Cannabis Firm Seeks a CFO *Reporting to the CEO & Board of Directors *Overseeing Financial Strategy and all Pre-IPO Initiatives *Oversee the Buildout and Development of the Finance Team- supervise a staff of 6 *Responsible for Taking Company through Series B *Work Closely with Private Equity Investors and Investment Banking Teams *Oversee M&A Processes & Raising Capital *Financial Planning and Analysis *Transform the Accounting and Finance Functions to be Public Company Ready *Investor Relations/Communications *Prepare & Present All Financial Data to Board of Directors Qualifications 15-20 years experience-5 plus years as a CFO at another Pre-IPO firm CPG, Technology, Cannabis or Biotech Industry experience a MUST - Must have experience at a company that produces goods and that went public Strong Experience with Series B/C Strong Background in M&A and Capital Raising Base Salary $300k-$500k plus a Strong Bonus and $2 Million in Equity.
