TANK FARM OPERATOR Located near Belmar, NJ (WALL, NJ) Summary: Primary responsibility for the operation and condition of the Tank Farm area Responsibilities: Maintains the Tank Wagon unloading area in accordance with all housekeeping and environmental standards. Reports all storage tank mechanical problems to Maintenance according to the work request procedure Inspects drums of raw materials in the outside storage area, reporting problems as appropriate Maintains all labeling and inventory of storage tanks. Receives deliveries, unloading trucks and tankers (tank wagons) as required. Operates mechanical lifts, pallet jacks, fork trucks, and other equipment as appropriate in order to unload and deliver incoming materials. Takes samples of materials that are to be received, to insure compliance with quality standards. Must have previous forklift experience preferably in a manufacturing environment and other mechanical material moving equipment Must be able to lift between 30-50 pounds High School diploma preferred.

Customer Service/Sales Admin - Jamesburg, NJ Contract to Perm 8am-5pm $15 per hour Job Purpose: Support sales and marketing managers by resolving problems, tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information. Job Duties: • Support sales management with updates and by forwarding daily action summaries • Maintains database by inputting invoices and bill-back data. Regular entry of Purchase Orders • Resolve order and inventory problems. • Heavy use of tracking orders and working with warehouse staff • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information • Clarify customer requests, answer questions • Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports • Maintain customer database. Special attention to contracts and annual updates • Prepare sales presentations. • Tracks sales expenses. • Participate in educational opportunities. • Work with Marketing for any needed photos and PIM related data. • Special attention on ecommerce needs. • Work with Product Management and Quality to help resolve customer and product issues in a timely fashion.
