CVT PA As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing Clinic & call - Clinic Hours 6:30A - 4:30P + call Locum providers typically take 4 evening calls per month MO lice preferred OR first assist, ICU, floor, clinic, Vein harvesting, chest tubes, a lines, bedside procedures, Robotics for lungs is a plus. Covid vaccination card

Provide outpatient GI consults and follow-up care Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Minimum 1 year of gastroenterology experience (required) active MD license, DEA BLS , REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): MD license Required; DEA; National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

8:00am - 5:00pm, 1:00pm - 10:00pm Wisconsin Medical License: RN & APN or Physician Assistant DEA License (active) Evaluate and manage patients presenting low and moderate levels of acuity Perform all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations Perform independently/as part of a treatment team Interpret medical tests results (including EKG's, x-rays, & lab tests) Perform a wide range of bedside clinical procedures - suture, splint i&d

High acuity patient population Procedures: removing pacing wires, chest tubes, drains, surgical incision care Dates: June, July & August requirement: MO license, DEA, BLS, ACLS must be proficient in ECMO/Impella/IABP and pacemaker management high acuity patient population some procedural opportunities mainly arterial line placement, central line placement, PA catheter/hemodynamic interpretation, occasional chest tube placement must be proficient in pacemaker management care coordination high acuity patient population

3-6 patients per shift EMR: Epic 4-hour shifts Types of cases: Return to work evaluations, fit for duty evaluations, preplacement evaluations, work related injury/illness(lacerations, crush injuries, MSK injuries)

7 on 7 off, 12 hour shifts Coverage of Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery patients. Vascular surgery - ICU and floor patients Cardiothoracic surgery - only floor patients. NO CT surgery ICU patients need to be covered. NO surgical or operating room needs. NO call

NM license, DEA BLS ACLS APP overnight will be required to cover the patients the intensivists are managing and manage new admissions or transfers. They will also be expected to provide support with basic ICU procedures such central lines, and intubations. The APP will be supported by the Tele-Intensivist team who can help staff their admissions, help with they are busy, and provide any general support during their shift Required Procedures: APPs - Central lines, Intubations Shift(s) (Day/Night): APP(Night) Shift Time(s): Night 7:00pm - 7:00am Patient Mix: Medical/Surgical, Cardiac surgery

MO license BLS, ACLS, DEA & CSR Scheduling: Shifts will consist of at least 3 consecutive day shift with surgical call once a week, occurring approximately once every 5 weekends. Job Responsibilities: Patient Follow-Up: The primary responsibility is to follow the patient's journey from the OR to discharge and clinic visits. Mechanical Circulatory Device Therapy: Provide care to patients requiring mechanical circulatory device therapy, including VV/VA ECMO, Impella, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump. Perform procedures such as CABG (off and on pump), valve surgeries (sternotomy and minimal invasive), and emergent dissections. First Assist: Act as a first and second assistant during surgical procedures. Proficiency in EVH and Other Approaches: Demonstrate proficiency in Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH), saphenous vein and radial approaches, utilizing Maquet equipment. Diverse Clinical Settings: Provide care in the ICU, stepdown unit, and clinic settings. High Acuity: Manage patients with high acuity needs, requiring specialized care. ECMO Center: Work in an ECMO center with multiple daily ECMO management cases. Procedural Skills: Perform central line and arterial line placements, as well as chest tube placements.

ASAP start Case mix includes T&A, cataracts, face/body cosmetics, uterine surgery, ENT Pediatric experience is a must (healthy peds for ENT cases). 8-hour shifts MDs do their own cases and surgeon supervision for the CRNAs
