In This Role, You'll: Audit pallets Monitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO method Track inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar) Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer) Provide reports to the warehouse and operations teams for real-time decision-making Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory clean-up initiatives Enter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepancies Pay & Benefits: Starting pay: $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. DOE Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium. 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., possibly consistently Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; confident with Excel and inventory systems preferred Experience with JDE/JDA inventory management systems Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams The Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones) Receiving Clerk: Starts at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday), working until the work is completed. JOB SUMMARY: Supervises day-to-day transportation functions to ensure driver performance, customer satisfaction, and that Department and Company objectives for efficiency, reliability, and productivity are met or exceeded. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plans, implements, and monitors day-to-day transportation operations, including analysis of on-time reports, delivery reliability, off-load rate, and manpower needs. (25%) Reviews and schedules daily routing of equipment and manpower to meet customer needs in terms of contractual guidelines, special deliveries, supplemental deliveries, opening orders, etc. (20%) Resolves equipment failures or breakdowns, providing advice and assistance to drivers, as well as submitting appropriate reports to leasing/maintenance provider for service and repair. (15%) Motivates employees, including performance evaluation, counseling, and problem resolution, to achieve a positive work environment. (20%) Supervises employees, including interpretation of rules in a union work environment, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action as required. (10%) Updates routing programs (XATA, CADEC) on a daily basis, including review of drivers' on-board computer reports to ensure that goals for efficiency and timeliness are met. (10%) Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT RESPONIBILITY Supervises up to 100 or more employees, including hourly staff.
