Job Description Job Description Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in or around Alexandria, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Service, troubleshoot, and repair boilers Service, troubleshoot, and repair heating systems Service, troubleshoot, and maintain air handlers Service, troubleshoot, and repair water tanks Service, troubleshoot, and repair sheet metal components Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems Service, troubleshoot, and repair fire dampers Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot louvers and ventilation components Work throughout multiple buildings within a large institutional setting Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Requirements: Previous HVAC service and troubleshooting experience Experience servicing boilers, heaters, air handlers, and water tanks Knowledge of sheet metal components, fire dampers, and louvers Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge related to HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers and facility staff Must be able to pass a background check Must be drug-free and able to comply with site requirements Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Qualifications Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
