FHI Warehouse Handlers must be able to unload tractor trailers safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Moderate twisting and turning of the body is necessary in maneuvering the pallet jack and in observing safe paths of travel. Equipment training is provided. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for talent acquisition that is effective in meeting aggressive staffing plans. This position will focus primarily on recruiting candidates for warehouse labor positions. Must, develop and maintain a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future hire. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with hiring managers and the FHI Staffing Manager to execute staffing plans. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing to on-boarding. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent contractors to help identify and source qualified talent. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. Observe legal compliance requirements within the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, creating and posting ads, reviewing applications/resumes, interviewing, scheduling walk through interviews with onsite managers, and assisting with on-boarding. Requirements: The ability to source and recruit large numbers of warehouse personnel on short notice. Order Selectors are needed for traveling positions across the continental US. Selector Duties and Requirements: Warehouse Order Selectors are responsible for building customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion.
