Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team as the Regional APP Director servicing our AdventHealth hospitals in the Tampa Bay area of West Florida, including AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, AdventHealth Carrollwood, AdventHealth North Pinellas and AdventHealth Ocala. This is an ideal position for someone interested in a mix of clinical leadership as well as healthcare administration. The Regional APP Director will serve as the APP leader responsible for driving quality of care, best practices, productivity, and proper financial performance throughout the market. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical & Operational Leadership: The Regional APP Director will play a central role in all aspects of division management and is expected to lead the market to both clinical and financial success. Specific highlights of the position include: • Overarching responsibility for the appropriateness and quality of medical care provided throughout the market. • Playing a key role in APP recruitment, including involvement in the interview and selection of candidates. • Collaborating with market Director of Operations on multiple administrative tasks including: Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Capacity Demand Management, APP productivity enhancement, market financial performance and schedule administration. • Collaborating with client facilities to update and improve policies & procedures relating to the department of anesthesiology. Stewardship & Client Relations: The Regional APP Director serves as a steward of the practice at the executive level and is expected to act in the best interest of practice owners. The Regional APP Director is expected to maintain open communication with client-side regional leaders. They are also expected to be present at regional operating reviews and meetings, present KPI metrics and be able to explain and influence market performance. This position must be locally based, and may be worked remotely for the foreseeable future. This the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the state of Oklahoma, and the major quaternary referral center in the state. You will be supporting three Medical Directors including the CMO of the facility, the Hospital Medical Director onsite, and the Emergency Medicine Medical Director at OU Edmonds. The Administrative Assistant II role is to perform administrative support tasks that are secretarial in nature for an assigned Department Leadership or major functional group. The Assistant must be able to exercise professional judgment and confidentiality to complete the day-to-day tasks necessary to facilitate the duties required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain the strictest of confidentiality; Provide administrative support to department leadership, including typing, dictation, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing, and filing documents; Take minutes during meetings, type minutes and distribute as requested; Assist with tracking invoices and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained; Compose and type various styles of documents as well as form letters using programs within the Microsoft Office Suite; Independently compose correspondence based on knowledge of policy and personal discretion; Deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the Company; Coordinate information flow and inter-office communication, records, etc. Sorts incoming mail determining priority for handling; Answer phones; refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals; Maintain calendars for assigned leadership, as required; Maintain inventory of office supplies, business forms and letterhead and maintenance of equipment; Schedule/coordinate meetings and appointments as well as travel (reservations airline, lodging, dining or ground transportation); Work independently or within a designated team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects as assigned by leadership; Assist with requests from others with regard to the leadership you support; Other duties as assigned.
