Ensure seamless downstream data flows from the GL into platforms supporting regulatory reporting, analytics, financial control, and manual processes. Partner with financial controllers and data management teams to deliver a cohesive finance technology strategy aligned with business goals. Provide leadership and oversight to internal technical teams and external vendors across multiple concurrent projects. Drive execution through strong program and project management - ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery. Oversee production support and operational stability, lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvements. Champion process improvement, automation, and standardization across finance technology platforms. Qualifications and Skills: 10+ years of experience in Finance Technology, including at least 5 years working with Oracle Fusion cloud ERP. Strong understanding of accounting and financial data flows from source systems through the General Ledger and into reporting environments. Demonstrated experience integrating SaaS ERP with legacy on-prem systems and cloud data platforms (Azure preferred). Also responsible for the development/ enhancement/ support of upstream/ downstream integrations (incl. pre-processing, netting etc.). Expertise in financial data architecture, reconciliation processes, and financial close cycles. Strong program/ project management skills with a record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a proven ability to work across business and technology teams. Financial services or banking industry experience is highly preferred.
