Principal Accountabilities The Production Lead is responsible for a specific area or the entire production areas that include Process (Meat/Mill/Mix/Inbound), Extrusion, Quality and Packaging. This role is to provide leadership and coordination for full shift or multiple process areas, often without a production supervisor assigned. This is subject to change based on operational requirements: Conditioning, Extrusion, Drying, and Coating Q&FS Testing Equipment Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Packaging: Assure the packaging equipment and all supporting processes are in compliance with Q&FS, QMP, and performance objectives at the following process flow points. This is subject to change based on operational requirements: Scales, Baggers, Bag Sealing,Coding, ,Metal Detection, Bundling, Palletizing, Stretch Wrap, Pallet Labeling, Pallets and Finished Product Transfer to the Warehouse. Ensure proper inventory movements in JDE.
