We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Development to our location in Seattle, WA. About us: DIG is both a healthcare startup and a technology/product incubator. Working with multiple stakeholders, prioritize product initiatives focused on growth, usage, and revenue. Understand and translate market requirements with substantiated customer/market feedback to support the product definition plus internal alignment on engineering team capabilities. Drive experimentation (i.e. A/B testing): identify areas for improvements, define methodology and technical requirements and drive experiments to optimize testing platform. Evaluate complementary internal and 3rd party products for existing market fit, investment required, opportunity cost, and potential revenue stream to determine priority within existing roadmap. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree 15 years of experience of relevant industry experience (product/program management, product planning/strategy), shipping consumer facing and/or enterprise software & have delivered solutions end-to-end.
