Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise the staffing and operation of several residences, assisting the Program Managers in covering shifts, authorizing and monitoring use of overtime, and advertising for vacancies as well as hiring and supervising staff. Indirect supervision and support of Assistant Managers, Meaningful Day Coordinators and Program Staff. Ensures that all programs follow proper staffing ratios and schedules.
