POSITION INFORMATION Hours: PRN, day shift. 7:00AM-7:30PM with rotating weekends. Department: Brunswick Emergency Position summary: The E.D. Paramedic is a professional caregiver who provides patient care in accordance with the Medical Support Team Physician, Southwest General Health Center, and the Ohio Revised Code. The E.D. Paramedic will work within the licensure of the State of Ohio Paramedic Certification. The E.D. Paramedic is responsible for providing or assisting with patients' cae, transporting, monitoring equipment function and responsible for documenting on appropriate forms. The E.D. Paramedic must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age groups according to specific chronological age, developmental age and/or psycho-social maturity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Required length and type of experience: Previous experience in a health care setting preferred. Required licensure, certification or registry: American Heart Basic Life Support and ACLS certification required; PALS and BTLS certification preferred.

POSITION INFORMATION Hours: PRN - this position is as needed and NOT full time. Hours would vary.  Position summary: The Maintenance Carpenter repairs, installs, and maintains floors, ceilings, drywall portions, builder's hardware, doors and windows. Performs other duties as assigned, or needed, on any mechanical repair. This position performs new construction duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry field preferred. POSITION INFORMATION Position Detail : PRN (as needed), Days/Evening Position summary: The Dishwasher and Utility Worker helps ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, glasses, equipment, utensils, kitchen and work area in a clean and sanitized condition. In addition, this job requires that the employee keep the dishwashing machine station, three compartment sinks and related areas clean. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must be able to speak, read and write English. Required length and type of experience: No previous experience necessary. Required licensure, certification or registry: Must have a valid drivers license.

Our team of professional massage therapists work together to provide the best care to all clients. Massage Therapist will provide massotherapy to the patients, clients and staff of the Health Center and/or Health Center's LifeWorks Department within the scope of massotherapist's license. Massage Therapist shall document all such visits on forms provided by the Health Center. Candidate will work as a contractor. Must have one year minimum experience, current licensure and insurance. Ideally looking for someone available for just weekends, or one weeknight and one weekend day shift a week. POSITION INFORMATION Hours: Full time, 2nd shift, 3:00PM-11:30PM Department: Plant Operations Position summary: The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for insuring a healthy, comfortable environment and maintaining indoor air quality standards per American Society of Healthcare Engineers Standards. Also responsible for maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and controls to insure such standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate with a Building Engineer Certificate or Associate Degree in Environmental Technology from the Westside Institute of Technology, or equivalent education. Must have 3rd Class Stationary Engineers license from the State of Ohio. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems required. Must be able to read mechanical schematics and blue prints. Must have general knowledge of Building Automation System. Required length and type of experience: Two (2) to three (3) years experience as either an HVAC Mechanic or Boiler Operator. Required licensure, certification or registry: Building Engineer Certificate or Associate Degree in Environmental Technology from the Westside Institute of Technology, or equivalent education. Days shifts. 7:00PM-7:30AM.  Department: Oakview Behavioral Health  Position summary: Responsible for planning, providing and directing patient care and teaching, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and physician's orders. The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse acts as a liaison between physician, patient and family and collaborates with other health care members, assists in the orientation process of new personnel, and may participate in health center and department committees. The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age groups according to specific chronological age, developmental age, and/or psycho-social maturity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing. BSN required unless otherwise approved (clinical ladder promotion process or CNO approval for new hire) Required length and type of experience: Previous experience in specific nursing area preferred. Two (2) years work experience as a nurse. Two (2) years experience in a Hospital Behavioral Health setting (Mental Health or addiction treatment) is preferred but not required. Required licensure, certification or registry: Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. CPR certification required. ACLS preferred. Certification as a Mental Health Nurse preferred.

Location: LifeWorks Position summary: This Environmental Associate is responsible for daily housekeeping, laundry services and general cleanliness of internal facilities, MENS locker room, and outdoor grounds. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: The position requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, to be able to write legibly and to understand department and health center policies. Required length and type of experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services is preferred. Customer services skills are required. POSITION INFORMATION Hours: PRN, varied shifts as needed  Department: Police Department  Position summary: Dispatchers are responsible for maintaining Protection Services shift communication to include answering requests for assistance via telephone, intercom, or radio. The Dispatcher is also responsible for maintaining logs and reports, monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and the fire alarm system, completing associate IDs, fingerprinting, drug testing and basic clerical support to the department. The Dispatcher needs to have the ability to perform multiple tasks while applying the appropriate priority levels to each. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate. Prefer OPOTA or equivalent training certificate for Dispatchers. Prefer associates degree. Required length and type of experience: Prefer one year of law enforcement/security dispatching experience. Must have a basic understanding of computers to include all Microsoft applications. Prefer experience with LEADS, CRIS, and OHLEG. POSITION INFORMATION Hours: Full-time, day shifts. 7:00AM-3:30PM. Position summary: The Stationary Engineer must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide utilization for patients, staff and equipment. Provides steam, heating water, chilled water, pneumatic-air, sterilization, humidification and dehumidification. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical knowledge and skills to include ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps, air compressors and pneumatic systems. Required length and type of experience: 2 years experience as a Stationary Engineer required. Required licensure, certification or registry: Must hold a current 3rd Class Stationary Engineers License from the state of Ohio.

Position summary: The Financial Clearance Representative completes the registration process and ensure benefits are verified and applied to encounters correctly. They educate patients on their insurance benefits and what they will be responsible for after their services and also assist patients with their billing and/or financial assistance application process. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School or GED, some college helpful. 35 wpm, Medical Terminology, and Insurance back-ground.
