The Operations Turret 3rd Shift is responsible for following Loomis security protocols and is concerned with all matters relating to the safety and security of the facility and its personnel. Schedule: Must have open availability for 7 days 11pm-7am Must have Nassau Pistol Permit to qualify Key Responsibilities: Control and monitor all access to the building and surrounding grounds in strict compliance with established branch security policies and procedures. Verify authorization credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors prior to granting entry. Maintain situational awareness of facility activity and immediately report or escalate suspicious or non-compliant behavior. Distribute safety and security communications to route personnel and branch staff as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications, professionally handling special route requests (including on-demand services), service changes, no-pick-up notifications, and issue resolution while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Maintain continuous communication with all routes to monitor service progress, provide updates, and ensure operational efficiency. Generate, update, and distribute the ETA to Operations Report to provide real-time visibility into route status. Coordinate special services and communicate detailed instructions to route personnel. Arrange and manage variable account pick-ups and deliveries. Provide combination (combo) support and assist with ATM-related operational issues on routes. Notify supervisors of operational disruptions, service delays, or security concerns. Maintain a detailed and accurate dispatcher's log documenting daily operational activity. Record and input key data into the ATM list on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy. Maintain and update SOFI information daily in accordance with branch standards. Prepare, maintain, and distribute additional branch operational and compliance reports as required. Ensure all documentation is completed in alignment with company policies and audit standards. As Part-time Cash Management Services Teller , you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers. Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Responsibilities Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures. Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination. As Cash Management Services Teller Clerk , you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers. Monday- Friday 8am- Job is finished Duties: Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures. Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination. As an Armed Vault Tell-PM Shift, you work with your team to maintain inventory in our cash vaults for our Loomis customers. Shift: 11:30am-7:00pm Responsibilities: Check identifying numbers or seals on bags of deposits and/or change shipments against the receipts accompanying each bag, or against the provided manifests Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts and manifests Load/unload wagons or flatbed carts with bags/boxes of coin Sort individual cargo items by route Communicate verbally with co-workers and with customers via telephone Requirements Ability to push wagons, carts, buggies, dollies loaded with cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds Unrestricted ability to repetitively bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out Ability to perform repetitive lifting of items weighing an average of 50 lbs. each from floor Ability to walk continuously between bins, vaults, booths, and counters Ability to stand on concrete floor approximately 80 percent of shift Ability to sign and record numbers by hand and to make entries on records and prepare reports. This position is responsible for the Fleet Operations and Maintenance and reports to the Branch Manager. Shift: Mon-Fri 4PM - 12AM Key Responsibilities: Service and repair of all fleet vehicles. Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, replace belts, hoses, inspect brakes, repack bearings, check tires, on all size vehicles. Must perform per month. Diagnose and effectively repair mechanical, engine and electrical irregularities/malfunctions on all size vehicles. Drive automatic and standard shift vehicles for testing, transfer, and pick-up/delivery of parts. Perform inventory and order parts, supplies, as needed. Primary Qualifications : 5+ years of experience (Preferably Dealership. Foreign/Domestic vehicle experience a plus) Possession of valid driver's license (C or better) and ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles from 2,000 to 50,000 lbs. in size. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations. Must meet DOT standards to achieve brake and annual inspection certifications. A minimum of 1 year experience or a certificate from an approved training program. Individual Skills and Competencies: Ability to read and understand technical service manuals, repair orders, labels, and gauges (in English). Ability to write work orders, purchase orders. Ability to communicate verbally (in English) using telephone for ordering parts and supplies. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a semi-enclosed structure and outdoors. Environment involves chemical handling, gasoline/diesel fumes and intermittent high noise exposure. Exposed to wet and dry conditions in extreme heat and/or cold.
